Ägarens Kommentar: I was looking forward to getting a 911 CS or Carerra with roll-cage and a bit of racing stuff. But the family didn't appreciate the idea of me going racing on weekends, since I already traveling 3 days per week. My youngest son then found this car on the internet and once the rest of the family had a look at the picture and read the description, it seemed like the perfect alternative.
Privately imported in 1999. The previous owner bought it at Porsche Center Stockholm in dec. 1999 with a 1 year new car waranty which means that everthing was checked at that time and found in perfect order. We (my wife insisted that this time our Porsche should be registered in HER name!), bought the "Yellow Cab" in January this year and it is still "avställd" so we have only driven about 30 km in the car including test drive and bringing it home. Now the winter is finally disapearing from the Stockholm region.
So we are anciously waiting for the roads to be cleaned and all the studded tires to be demounted from the other cars. That way we will not have to drive in the constant danger of having the paint and windschield chipped by flying debris.
In time I have planned to install 2 SPARKO type racing seats, with yellow painted shell and leather covers. Also a rollbar and wind deflector should be fitted and maybe a set of 18" wheels. Only time will show how far this gets.
